Hitachi 16-bit H8/300H series.

H8/3048 is a good device. 128Kbytes ROM, 4Kbytes RAM, 18MHz clock, 16Mbyte linear address space, DRAM refreshcontroller, DMA controller, etc.
Also available in flash version H8/3048F.
