The manufacturing of this bending apparatus is the failure. I was too elaborate in the circuit. The decisive flaw is the thing that the temperature change of the exothermic part is big. It changes ±20°C or ±30°C. It changes in the range from 120°C to 180°C when setting to 150°C. As for the change of the temperature, refer to "Performance measurement of the bending apparatus".

Failing point (The lesson)

The glass epoxy board can not be used at high temperature
    Because there was a letter of the glass in the name, I thought that it was endured to the high temperature but it was impossible. I don't understand to the how much temperature it is practicable. Probably, I think that it is about 100°C. The very offensive smell comes out when it is burned. The smell doesn't pass away readily.
It separates the weak electric current circuit and the AC power circuit as much as possible
    First I mount the temperature detector and the electric power control circuit the small printed board. In the case, the relay of the temperature detector had vibrated like the buzzer by the influence with the AC voltage. I put the bypass capacitor for the low frequency but could not prevent the influence. I made the temperature detector and the electric power control circuit another printed board to prevent the influence.
It is necessary to be careful of the stability of the power supply voltage.
    It isn't possible to do the comparison of the voltage normally when not using the stable power supply for the voltage comparator. Not be relieved when using the stabilised power unit. The voltage is sometimes changing. The circuit this time could not do the normal temperature detection in the influence of the voltage change. I used the 3 terminal regulator for the voltage comparator as the measure.
It uses the thing for the high temperature for the temperature sensor
    The upper limit temperature of the temperature sensor which was used this time is 120°C - 150°C. Because I wanted to make the temperature of the exothermic part about 160°C, I separated a few temperature sensors from the exothermic part. The temperature of the sensor became within the upper limit temperature. However, because the temperature detection time shifts, the temperature control doesn't go successfully. This is the one of the factors that the temperature change of the exothermic part became big.
When controlling the temperature, thermal capacity of the material to be using for the exothermic part must be considered
    The equipment this time failed at this point. When controlling the temperature, when thermal capacity of the exothermic part is big even if it stops the heating, the temperature rise doesn't stop immediately. With it, the temperature change of the exothermic part becomes big. It is fairly difficult.
It isn't possible to do the making of the one which is longer than of the exothermic part by stave's obstructing
    I installed the exothermic part under the stave top. This is because I thought that it became troublesome when doing the cover. However, the plastic which is longer than the exothermic part can not be bent. The plastic with the wide width can be bent because it doesn't put the cover in "bending apparatus-2".




Succeeding point

The fact to have made the corner of the aluminum square lumber in the exothermic part the top
    Because it makes the corner of the aluminum square lumber the top, it is possible to work while confirming the position of the straight line to bend. If bending the plastic a little, turn and hit the plastic to the flat part of the aluminum square lumber and heat it. This work becomes the work of the posture which is diagonal with a little. Because to put an effort isn't necessary, there is not a problem in the work.
It is possible to use the silicon sheet in about 200°C
    The aluminum can be used for 200°C. However, it isn't possible to be insulated. I looked for the insulating material which can be used at high temperature by that it is possible to manufacture simply. I found that the silicon sheet was soft like the vinyl and that the 200°C temperature could be used. The Teflon and so on, too, are the material which is endured to the high temperature but are expensive. There is porcelain (the ceramic) in the one which is excellent about the insulation with the firm material and can be used even if it is hot. However, the manufacture is difficult.
The magic tape(Trade name) is convenient to tie the AC cord.
    When not using the equipment, the AC cord is troublesome. There is a way of stopping with the cord binder, too, but it seems to be the tail and is the troublesome one. This time, I used the magic tape to tie the AC cord. The attaching or removing of the cord is simple and is convenient.
